There is, then, no danger in the circumstances that anti-semitism will disappear, for it is the Jews themselves who add fuel to its flames and see that it is kept well stoked. Before the opposition to it can disappear, the malady itself must disappear. And from that point of view, you can rely on the Jews: as long as they survive, anti-semitism will never fade.
~ Adolf Hitler
Villains that promote anti-semitism, or a hatred of Jewish people as well as the Jewish religion in general. Though persecution of Jews has existed for centuries in varying forms, it first came to real prominence during Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Party's seizure of power in Germany and their subsequent implementation of the "Final Solution to the Jewish Question", which would eventually morph into The Holocaust.

Though not as widespread as it was during World War II, anti-semitism still exists to present day and is very much alive. Most modern anti-semites tend to be white supremacists, militant Islamists, or Neo-Nazis.

DISCLAIMER: It should be noted that criticism of the State of Israel is NOT the same as antisemitism. Criticism of Israel only qualifies as antisemitism when said criticism is motivated by a hatred of Jews.

NOTE: This category can also apply to villains who are oppressive and/or hostile towards Lebanese, Syrians, Jordanians, and people from the Arabian peninsula, as they are also Semitic ethnic groups, much like Jews. Ironically some Arab people (especially terrorists like Osama bin Laden) are prejudiced against Jews as well as vice versa, despite the fact that they’re actually quite closely ethnically related.
